Visitors will be able to see: • 30 unique oriental fabrics and bathrobes from the collection of Alexander Klyachin. • Dozens of abstract paintings from the collection of Jean-Claude Gandyur, a Swiss collector. • 14 graphic works by Henri Matisse “Jazz”, rarely exhibited at exhibitions. • 4 works by Vasily Kandinsky from the collection of the Pushkin Museum. • Works by Lucho Fontana, Alexander Calder, Serge Polyakov, Daniel Buren, Joan Mitchell from the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Center Pompidou, private French collections.
Exhibition of the Pushkin Museum. A.S. Pushkin combined two strategic directions of recent years, in which the exhibition activities of the museum are developing. This is a presentation of private collectors' collections, as well as a demonstration of a new approach to creating exhibitions.
