In connection with the 125th anniversary of the museum, the exhibition "Oregon Images"offers an exceptional opportunity to reflect on the importance of the place and to note the incredible geographical diversity of Oregon, as well as the artists whose works he inspired.

Thanks to its vast climate and vast range of natural features, the Oregon landscape has long been an inspiration to artists. The western side has miles of coastline, offering views of the dunes and steeples, while abundant rain cycles in the depths of land lead to thick wooded mountains, mossy urban areas and abundant agriculture. Located in the “rain shadow” of the Cascades, arid eastern Oregon is characterized by desert reliefs and extensive, dramatic terrain.
