Sketches of everyday life of the Dutch Golden age
In Paris the Louvre Museumpresents an interesting exhibition “Sketches of everyday life of the Dutch Golden age”. Through the exhibition the viewer can trace how the genre has spread in the art of the Netherlands and "spy" for the life of the common man in the XVII century.

The exhibition "Sketches of everyday life of the Dutch Golden age" became a kind of accompaniment retrospect Johannes Vermeer. It includes 93 works from the state collections of France. The exhibition traces the development of genre scenes in the Netherlands of the XVII century and the spread of domestic motifs in the drawings of that era. The show is divided into two sections: urban life and scenes from rural life.
