Anton Kovach. And on the sixth day ...
In the gallery ProArt Gallery is a personal exhibition of Transcarpathian artist Anton Kovac "And on the sixth day ..."which presents a series of paintings and graphic works. A special feature of the exposition was the cycle of graphic works, where one line is white and black, the author enthusiastically and expressively describes the beauty of the human body. The artist refers to the image of the world, built on harmony, and complements it with two main characters - Adam and Eve.

Anton Kovac was born in 1962 in the Transcarpathian region. He studied at the Uzhgorod School of Applied Arts. Graduate of the Lviv National Academy of Arts. Associate Professor, Head of the Drawing Department of the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts. A. Erdelyi Honored Artist of Ukraine, a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine and winner of the awards to them. I. Bokshay and A. Erdelyi in the field of monumental-sacred art. Illustrated poetry collections and children's books, carried out the restoration of wall paintings in the Cathedral of Lviv Catholic Cathedral and the Greek Catholic Church. Participant of collective and solo exhibitions in Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Hungary.

The master's works are kept in the Transcarpathian Art Museum, the National Museum in Lviv, the Kiev Museum of Russian Art, the Art Museum in Svidnik (Slovakia), as well as in many private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
