Museum of A. Senes and M.E. Vieira da Silva (FASVS), Lisbon

Praça das Amoreiras, 56-58, Lisbon, Portugal
The permanent collection of this museum includes paintings by Arpad Senesh (1897-1985) and Maria Helena Vieira da Silva (1908-1992), which are housed in an old silk factory founded in 1734 during the reign of D. João V. Beautiful mulberry trees. were planted in a neighboring garden, which on the other side is bordered by the arches of the Lisbon aqueduct, built by order of the same king.

The museum regularly hosts temporary exhibitions of artists whose works bear some resemblance to the work of these two artists or who have lived and worked in close collaboration with them.
