The Oryol Museum of Fine Arts is an art museum of collections of Old Russian, Russian art of the 18th – early 20th centuries, contemporary Russian art, and Western European 16th – 19th centuries. (painting, graphics. sculpture, arts and crafts and folk).

Oryol Museum of Fine Arts was founded on December 5, 1957.

The collection, numbering more than 7000 exhibits, consists of works of Old Russian, Russian, foreign, contemporary decorative and applied, folk art and is regularly updated.
