Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge hosts exhibition“Sharpening of perception. How to repeat a masterpiece ".

The exhibition presents the originals of the best examples of European painting from the collection of the museum and their copies created by graduates of the Hamilton Kerr Institute - representatives of academic painting.

The aim of the exhibition is to show the process of creating a painting from a bare canvas to a completed canvas, focusing on the details of masterpieces that an inexperienced observer could miss.
