Small abstractions: highlights from Sheldon's permanent collection

Exhibition January 31 − July 5, 2020
Emphasizing the distinction of Sheldon’s twentieth-century abstract art collection, the exhibition "Small abstractions"represents works of small size that give an idea of a wide range of visual vocabulary of abstraction. These works offer close acquaintance with materials and signs that are used by different artists to create non-figurative art.

Artists at the exhibition: Alma Thomas, Pearl Fine, Joseph Albers, Hadi Shafi, Al Held, Nicolas Carone, Lorser Feitelson and others.
