Alexey Malik and Lesya Medved. The dialogue of youth and maturity

Gallery "Victory Gardens" is a creative project of artists Alexei Malik and Lesia Bear "The dialogue of youth and maturity". In the past, Alexey Malik and Lesya Medved - a teacher and student, and now - colleagues, Odessa artists, who first joined together for a joint exhibition. Their common features are the creative worldview and interaction in the “Ricky” group, but at the same time it is the original artists with their own handwriting.

Alexey Malik exhibited his works made in different years (sometimes with a large gap in the date of performance, thanks to which the artist’s development can be traced). Lesya - a young and talented artist - presented her achievements in recent years, and this is rather a diary of life impressions, which she shows with love to the viewer.

There was a dialogue of youth and maturity. All works involved in the project have a narrative character, a peculiar stylistics, far from simple drawing from nature. And this is their attractive force.
