(21.12.1908 (new style — 3.01.1909), the city of Aleksandrovsk now Zaporozhye — 16.06.1994, Kyiv) — Ukrainian painter. Honored artist of the USSR (1974).
In 1932 he graduated from the Kiev art Institute (now the national Academy of fine arts and architecture). Studied with Alexander Bogomazov, Victor Palm, Michael Boychuk. Exhibited since 1929. Solo exhibition was held in 1955. Member of the Union of artists of the USSR.
