Creativity.Zalia and the flower.

Summer day, my daughter Zalia is painting a flower. The painting is filled with sunlight. I wanted to convey the bright contrast of the sunlit grass and the cold rattle of color in the shadows. The pink sweater became a tuning fork, raising the color to a ringing height. But for all its brightness and contrast, due to the static nature of the objects, the painting manages to retain a sense of peace and measuredness of a summer day devoid of fuss. Zalia is concentrating on painting, silence is all around. And nothing interferes with the creative process of cognition of the surrounding world.
The painting was selected by the competition committee for participation in the Eighth Interregional Exhibition-Competition "RED VOROTA/OPPOSING THE TECH-2024" and was included in the 6th volume of the Art Encyclopedia of Contemporary Art of Russia, published at the end of the exhibition-competition.
