Paul Klee kept a diary of his son Felix’s growing up from the first day of his life. The first teeth, the first words, the first steps — he wrote down in the "Felix's Calendar" all the moments of his development and unintelligible abracadabra of his son. For eight years in a row, Klee traveled to Switzerland with his boy for the holidays, spending there the whole summer.
