About the exhibition
Gallery Osnova Center for Contemporary Art Winery holds a solo exhibition Alexandra Sukhareva.

The exhibition presents the process-oriented work of the artist, in which the conceptual consciously prevails over the spectacle.

Alexandra Sukhareva is an artist, author of works affecting the phenomena of the mutual influence of matter and cognitive gestures on each other. An important place in the work of Alexandra is given to the use of chemical compounds. In 2011, the first chlorine canvases were created, which subsequently went through their own evolution of development. Being essentially burnt, injured objects, these canvases were not so much a picturesque picture, as they were playing a painting. The works of the author are in the collections of the museum Castello di Rivoli (Turin), Tate Modern (London), as well as in private collections of Mexico, Italy, Great Britain and Russia.
