David Foster Pratt (American, 1918-2010) was an artist, teacher, draftsman and designer. Pratt is known for his landscape and oil paintings, as well as works with coal and pencil. He wrote throughout the western part of New York and the United States; in Pennsylvania, Vermont, Maine, and Hawaii during his military service during World War II.
