National Gallery of Modern Art

Viale delle Belle Arti, 131, Rome, Italia
The National Gallery of Modern Art houses the most comprehensive collection of Italian and foreign art from the 19th and 21st centuries.
Among paintings, drawings, sculptures and installations, nearly 20,000 pieces in the collection are expressions of the main artistic trends of the last two centuries, from neoclassicism to impressionism, from divisionism to the historical avant-garde of the early twentieth century, from futurism to surrealism.
Another important core is the work of the informal period after the Second World War, works of pop art and Arte Povera. The collection also includes artists of our time.
