Biography and information

ANTON LEBEDEV - an artist with an architectural background (MARCHI) refreshes the techniques of street art, inspired by the heritage of Dali, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Jackson Pollack, Banksy, thereby demonstrating flexibility and variety of styles. Works in depth in the direction of glitch surrealism.
Oil, acrylic, markers, aerosol can be used in one LEBEDEF painting.
He graduated from school as an external student, and began active training in the architectural alma mater (MARCHI). At this time, Anton demonstrates his talents as a participant in a major festival of graffiti artists, organized by the Department of Culture "The Best City on Earth". Continuing to master architectural disciplines, he becomes a co-curator of the SakArt art space, a powerfully organized laboratory of art and creativity of graffiti artists.
A talented student, he is invited as a personal decorator for the popular Russian clothing brand Alexander Arutyunov (2017-18). At this time, the artist begins to work on an individual style and focuses on the direction of glitch-surrealism.
As an art expert, he takes part in the annual national festival "Tavrida-Art" in Crimea, where he talks about his work at the "Dobro" site, conducts master classes.
In 2019, Anton makes his debut solo exhibition "Lebedef Art", which took place on the territory of the ZIL cultural center. Following her, she immediately takes part in the collective exhibition PRO'vision in the SOULDOUT Gallery.
The artist began the year 2020 with a personal exhibition as a guest artist of the project "Judgment of Contemporary Art", which took place at the Russian Cultural Foundation.
In the summer of 2020, the painting "Wave Failure" (48 Pokrovka Street and Hermitage Garden) was placed on the multimedia facades of Moscow. The author became a member of a non-trivial, but quite relevant due to the prohibition of MURAL-art and post-quarantine regime, the project of the Moscow Innovation Agency "Startup Cafe".
Andrei Barteniev invites the young artist to take part in the collective exhibition "Kryukrinoksy", which displays the paintings "Failure of proportions", "Failure of Bowie", "Failure of a generation" and "What will happen to the cow". The last of the list, despite the limited regime in the country, flies to Germany. At the beginning of autumn, Anton becomes a finalist of the International Competition "The Banality of Evil in Our Everyday Life", which takes place at the Alte Munze Gallery in Berlin.
Recently, a personal exhibition of the artist was held at Vernissage by Flacon.
Today Anton is working on new projects and preparing for future interesting projects.
