Fernand Leger. Beauty is everywhere

Centre for fine arts BOZAR in Brussels devoted an exhibition to one of the most famous contemporary artists and keen observer of the life of the era – Fernand Leger. His painting sought to decipher the syncopated rhythm of a fast-moving society.

Before becoming an artist, Leger was a student of architect, and his special relationship with the architecture reflected in his work. He shared the passion of the avant-garde of new forms of visual communication such as advertising and printing, was in awe of Charlie Chaplin and movie. Throughout his career léger worked with Directors, choreographers and composers, developed sets and costumes. This wonderful exhibition aims to present all aspects of this giant of the twentieth century.

Exhibition"Fernand Léger. Beauty everywhere" conceived and organized jointly by the Centre Pompidou in Paris. The exhibition dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Centre for fine arts BOZAR, which is celebrated in 2018.
