Peres Projects Gallery of Contemporary Art Presents an Exhibition"Richard Kennedy: The Street Prophet".
The exposition was composed of paintings and sculptures by the American artist, sculptor, composer and librettist Richard Kennedy.
The group of works is an allegory of the opera, decomposed into its constituent parts. The author’s paintings balance between abstraction and fiction, a literal self-portrait and a lyrical and poetic image, they are filled with energy of hope, longing, comedy, tragedy, resonate with higher forms of European dramatic art.
