Nikolay Gritselyak. Fixation

In Ivano-Frankivsk, the Center for Contemporary Art hosts a personal exhibition of Nikolai Gritselyak "Fixation". The exposition included several dozen nudity drawings. Transferring the plasticity of the human body, the author “fixes” the internal state, tries to grasp the deepest nature in order to convey on paper “the man himself”, the man “in himself”. The master demonstrates a deliberate incompleteness, precisely calibrated measure of using the means to grab the silhouette - through the expression of a state or mood, character or temperament, emotions, complexes and feelings.
