Exhibition January 25 − March 10, 2020
Art Institute of Chicago Presents Exhibition "Clean Drawing: Seven Centuries of Art from the Gray Collection".

One of the leading American art dealers, Richard Gray, along with his wife, art critic Mary L. Gray, for almost 50 years, has accumulated a wonderful collection of drawings representing 700 years of Western art.

Focusing on key periods and places - Italy of the XV-XVIII centuries, France of the XVII-XX centuries, Holland of the XVII century and America of the XX-XXI centuries - Gray sought out works of the highest quality, determined by beauty, visual strength and courage of performance.
