“Treasures of Ukraine”
In the ZAVALNY ART CENTER / ZAVALNYI ART CENTER from December 13 to May 20, 2020, a large-scale exhibition of modern art “Treasures of Ukraine” is exhibited, curated by Anna Zavalnaya
The project presents the works of 13 contemporary artists of Ukraine, representing the generation of modern Ukrainian art, who presented their work in a single compositional solution.
The theme of the exhibition - “Treasures of Ukraine” - brings together representatives of different generations who, like members of a large family, have their own characters and attitudes to life, but differ in a clear and recognizable style, their willingness to set goals and work in new formats.
The exhibition is attended by:
Anna Krivolap, Petr Lebedinets, Leonid Zavalny, Vladimir Radko, Alexander Milovzorov, Nikolai Kononenko, Alexander Khrapochev, Vladimir Byzov, Tatyana Kugai, Anatoly Varvarov, Alexander Shandor, Andrey Chebotaru, Yaroslav Yasenev.
Until May 20, 2020, visitors to the ZAVALNY ART CENTER / ZAVALNYI ART CENTER have a unique opportunity to get an idea of contemporary Ukrainian art using the works of the most famous and relevant artists of Ukraine as an example
Within the framework of the exhibition “Treasures of Ukraine”, regular excursions, discussions with the participation of artists will be organized, as well as we will talk about art in the era of political conservative turn, about the current place of the painter in the system of modern artists
The exhibition is open to all visitors from December 13, 2019 to May 20, 2020 at the ZAVALNY ART CENTER / ZAVALNYI ART CENTER at:
