Arts Square Gallery hosts an exhibition of author's art doll"Theatrical box".
In the exhibition you can see the creations of more than 50 Russian artists who will present their work in a lively environment of theatrical scenery - from very miniature dolls to dolls of human height.
The main theme of the exposition was the authors' thoughts on the mechanism of theatrical performance: the magic of reincarnation, acting, creating an image, about ways to influence the viewer and get audience emotions. The exhibition presents the works of leading Russian puppet artists, members of the Art Doll Section, the Creative Union of Russian Artists and the DollArt.ru Experimental Creative Workshop. The presented exhibition of art dolls includes works from artists personal collections, items from private collections and the collection of Elena Gallery Thunderous.
