Exhibition "Prado in Palencia”Offers what can be called a“ virtual ”journey through the outstanding collections of paintings stored in the Prado National Museum, in the form of a photo exhibition of some of the museum’s greatest masterpieces.
The purpose of the exhibition is to open the doors for all residents and visitors, not only to learn about the great art treasures stored in the Prado, but also through them to learn the history of Spain, Europe and Western art in general, given that the Prado Museum and its collections represent an extensive a panorama of European painting from the beginning of the XII to the beginning of the XX century.
