Exhibition August 13 − October 5, 2019
In Sao Paulo in the gallery Bergamin & Gomide is a personal exhibition of the British artist Hamish Fulton "The walking artist." The exposition presents works of different stages of creativity.

The author decided "to create art only as a result of individual walks." Walking becomes central to Fulton's practice. He stated: “If I don’t go, I can’t do a work of art” and summed up this way of thinking in a simple statement of intent: “No walk, no work.”

Hamish Fulton was born in 1946 in London. He graduated from Hammersmith College of the Arts, St. Martin's School of the Arts, and the Royal College of Art in London. Participant of exhibitions around the world. His works are in many museums and private collections. Lives and works in London.
