Modern Ukrainian painting

In the Kiev Municipal Art Gallery is an exhibition "Modern Ukrainian painting." The exhibition presents works by Ukrainian artists: Merkulov, Gorodnichy, Krasy, Zaychenko, Shatny, Doolin and others.
Valentin Merkulov - a member of regional, national and international exhibitions and plein airs, a member of the Coordinating Council of the International Foundation "Cultural Heritage" of the South of Ukraine. Takes part in international, republican and regional exhibitions, illustrates children's books. Merkulov works are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, USA, Germany, France, Switzerland, Israel, Jamaica, Argentina. Since the 2000s, Merkulov has been engaged in pedagogical work in Poland (Yaroslav), where he teaches a course of composition and drawing.
