In return the state structure requires each member to obey established laws, undoubted loyalty, averaging with other members of the professional community and non-resistance line of control. Personal choice is no longer a dream itself, but a continuation in reality every time. a dream story: whether it is the artist’s stay in the creative independence asserting new values, freedom, activism and efforts public resistance (non-conformism); or is the conformist position as following the line of state institutionalism with its mechanisms incentives of various bonuses, privileges and all those concerning personal career issues, and hence the meaning of personal aspiration.
