"Portrait of a cat" international exhibition-festival

Exhibition-festival "portrait of a cat" is dedicated to not just the favorite of all the animals, and the cat as one of the symbols of St. Petersburg.
The exhibition presents a large and very diverse display of art – traditional and applied – the different types, techniques and styles. Visitors will see painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, mosaic, stained glass, designer jewelry, toys, and more.
The exhibition brings together many well-known artists and craftsmen. Among the authors: Andrey Vetrogonsky, Evgeny Dobrovinsky, Elena Bazanova, Michael of Edom, Latif Kazbekov, Konstantin Sterkhov, Vladimir Petrovichev, Oleg Yakhnin, Roman Shustrov, Maria Kasyanenko and many others. In total, the exhibition presents more than 1,000 works of authorship.
Not less important is the entertainment program of the exhibition. The planned daily programme of activities: lectures, creative meetings, master-classes, concerts.
The exhibition occupies all the five halls of the exhibition center located in the historic building of the "Imperial society of encouragement of arts" (Bolshaya Morskaya street, 38).
The format of the exhibition-festival is designed both for serious art lovers and the General public.
The exhibition is held with the informational support of the Committee for culture of St. Petersburg Government.
The exhibition dates: from 31 may to 18 June, daily from 11:00 to 20:00.
