CerModern Museum of Contemporary Art in Ankara hosts an exhibition of Syrian artist Hiba Isuka “Unconditional stories". The exhibition includes 60 works of the master. In them, the painter focuses on the individual in the context of the past and the present against the background of a fictional narrative. The author also presented portraits.
“I wrote portraits because you understand something about a person by his appearance or face. You can feel whether everything is in order with this person or not. Of course, there are some influences of civil war. I can not prevent this effect. However, I tried to talk about humanity. That is why there are good, bad, ugly and beautiful things, ”notes Aizuk.
Hiba Aizouk was born in Damascus in 1986, and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts there. The artist has participated in many national and international solo and mixed exhibitions since 2010. She presented the first solo exhibition to viewers in Ankara.
