Gallery A3 of the Association "Exhibition Halls of Moscow" holds a personal exhibition of the Moscow artist Alexandra Elmar "Back to the Future".
The exhibition presents monochrome paintings and graphics by Alexander Elmar from different periods.
In the title of the exhibition the author reveals the theme of the dialogue between the past and the future - “Back to the Future”. In his works, the artist shows a different view of the post-war period of the Soviet Union from 1946 to 1991, revealing the theme of life and death, faith and despair, the prices of friendship and hate.
In the exhibition the viewer will see the opposition of different opinions about the Soviet period of the country: the underlined greatness of architecture, the development of art, music and literature; the triumph of the country that won the Second World War; personification of personal tragedies and broken destinies.
