Ernest D. Thomas: Identity

Exhibition March 9 − June 9, 2019
Ernest D. Thomas from childhood showed a great interest in art and architecture. He was greatly influenced by collecting ethnic art from around the world.

The artist's life pushed him to more serious study of painting. The more Thomas explores, the more he finds satisfaction in the creative process using paint and other objects. Ernest uses his engineering and industrial design to create two-dimensional and three-dimensional paintings.

The artist often uses the texture, color and shadow of a metal rod, sheet and plate to play with the composition in his images. Its style varies from organic to modern industrial concept. Thomas notes: “The artistic expression is infinite, and new approaches are defined every day. A creative album must be constantly updated. ”
