Russian cartoonist.
Born on September 17, 1966, in the town of Skopin, Ryazan Region.
From 1978 to 1983 he studied at the Skopino Art School.
From 1983 to 1984 he studied at a restoration and construction vocational school in Leningrad.
From 1987 to 1991 he studied at the Leningrad Art School named. VA Serov, Faculty of Restoration.
Currently, Vadim Sysoev lives and works in the city of St. Petersburg.
