Worked in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In 1808 the Academy of arts awarded in the "assigned to" "engraved portraits of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor Peter the Great". In 1818, the title of academician for the portrait of Zhukovsky; in 1849 was admitted to the honorary obschniki free; in 1854 the rank of Professor for an engraving of a painting by Titian: "the Death of Peter the Dominican". Engraver on copper by a dotted line.
