The artist of theater and cinema. Lived and worked in Moscow. Studied at MOVIS K. Korovin and S. Malyutin. In 1906-1913 he the artist of the Moscow art theatre. In 1923 he exhibited with the Association of traveling art exhibitions. His works were exhibited at the exhibition of 1938, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the worker-peasant red Army in Moscow, and also in many regional, zonal and international exhibitions. Since the mid-1920s to mid-1930s, he worked as a cinema artist. Kolupaeva personal exhibition took place in 1955 the master's Works are kept in many regional museums and private collections.
