"Life in itself is an abstraction.. all that we see is illusion.. the best way to express emotions or convey a state is to get away from the limited reality that we call the material world.. My main goal is to do something beautiful.. and put all the energy and strength into the work... My painting process is intuitive, even automatic. Each new color and shape dictates the next. Building up a thick layer and then intensive scraping and sanding away surface, finding a balance between chaos and order.. creating and destroying.. I love to experiment with materials, texture, color.. creating layers and depths using various tools.. the process itself.. it's just beautiful.. Each artwork has its own life, its own emotional charge.. The main thing is not the finished product, but the joy of the process itself. My position: if you're not dissolving in what you're doing and you're lying to yourself, just stop, find something else."
