Born in 1978., in Montenegro. Vlatka is a visual artist of the younger Montenegrin generation. Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje and postgraduate specialist studies. She is the winner of the Best Student Student Award 2008/9 at the University of Montenegro, Atlsa scholarship in 2008. Lives and works in Podgorica.
