Jan Polak (Pol. Jan Polack also Pöllack, Polegkh, Johannes Polonus) (1435, kraków — 1519 in Munich) was a Polish painter.

With 1482 lived in Munich and became one of the most famous artists of the late Gothic. While head of the Munich Guild of artists. The work of Polak have been influenced Feith Stoss and Hans Pleydenwurff.
