Illustration Miturich full of charm, plastic artistry, humor. In many respects continuing the traditions of the "Leningrad school" of the 1920s and 30s years, on a book page, it’s like he leads a fine dialogue with Vladimir Konashevich, Y. Vasnetsov, N. By Carolinum. And for all that Mai Miturich is always recognizable, his style individual and unique. Along with the illustration of the audience and critics remembered easel sheets course: graphic portraits of friends and relatives, watercolor landscapes, which were brought from trips to the White sea to the Altai, in the Crimea… the Attention of connoisseurs of the wizard gradually more began to attract his original oil painting. In the family Mituricha-Khlebnikov painting was esteemed most worthy and exciting experience for the artist, but freely surrender this desire May p. was only able in the last period, when his career as a graphic artist reached the peak of recognition and stability. By the time he was a very important experience of painting: two hundred meters of wall paintings in the Moscow Paleontological Museum, where Miturich worked with Duvidovym (1989−1991).
