Man and time

Graphics, 2018, 220×105 cm

Description of the artwork «Man and time»

The English proverb “Time and tide wait for no man” is used in the work, and a quotation from Howard F. Lovecraft: “No new horror can be more terrible than the daily torture of commonplace”.

This work is about the relationship of a person with time and how it is sometimes difficult to get out of the daily routine. Fulfilling meaningless work, the best years pass and opportunities are missed. You need courage to get out of this swamp.
